Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Bagsy is run by Yellowcat Labs Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus ("we"). Contact: contact@yellowcatlabs.com.
By creating a sale or contacting a seller through Bagsy, you accept these terms.
What Bagsy does
Bagsy lets people selling their belongings create a page with photos and prices, and share it. Buyers contact the seller directly on WhatsApp. Bagsy is not a party to any sale: we do not handle payments, delivery or pickup, and we do not check items, their condition or their owners.
Sellers
- You may only sell items that you own, or that you are allowed to sell.
- Your photos, titles, descriptions and prices must be accurate and must not mislead buyers. Prices suggested by Bagsy are only suggestions: you confirm every price yourself.
- You must give a WhatsApp number that is yours. Buyers will message you there.
- Keep your private management link to yourself: anyone who has it can change or delete your sale.
- You can end or delete your sale at any time from your management page.
Prohibited items
You may not list: weapons, including replicas and ammunition; medicines and drugs; live animals; counterfeit goods; alcohol; tobacco and vaping products; adult content; stolen goods; anything illegal to sell in Cyprus.
Moderation
Listings are checked automatically, and may be reviewed by our team. We may hide an item or a sale, or block it, if it breaks these terms, if it is reported, or to protect our users. If you think we made a mistake, contact us.
Buyers
Arrange the sale directly with the seller. Meet in a safe place, check the item before you pay, and never pay in advance to someone you have not met. Bagsy never asks for payment.
Liability
Bagsy is provided as is, free of charge. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for the items sold, for the behaviour of sellers or buyers, or for any loss linked to a sale arranged through Bagsy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Cyprus or EU law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
