Is Bagsy free?

Yes. Creating a sale, sharing it and selling are free. There are no fees on what you sell.
Do I need an account?

No password, no e-mail. Your WhatsApp number is your account: on another phone, open “My sales”, type your number and send us the code on WhatsApp. You're signed in, and you see all your sales.
How do buyers contact me?

On WhatsApp. When a buyer taps “Contact on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens on their phone with a message to you, naming the item and its reference. Your number is never shown on your page.
Who sets the prices?

You do. Bagsy suggests a realistic second-hand price from each photo, but no item goes online until you have confirmed its price or marked it as free.
Can I give some items away?

Yes. Mark any item as free: it shows “Free” on your page, and buyers can filter free items.
What can't I sell?

Weapons, medicines, animals, counterfeits, alcohol, tobacco and anything illegal. Listings are checked, and items that break the rules are hidden.
How do I mark an item as sold?

On your management page, tap Reserved or Sold under the item. Your page updates at once, and sold items move to the end, greyed out.
What happens to my sale when I'm done?

End it when everything is gone, or it ends by itself after your pickup date. 90 days later, its photos and your number are deleted. You can also delete it for good at any time.
Is Bagsy only for people leaving Cyprus?

No. It works for any sale of several items: moving house, clearing a flat, a garage sale. It is available in Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia.
